DR650 SE 1996-2024 Screaming Demon S/O Oval Exhaust

WOW what a difference this exhaust make compared to the stock exhaust, three baffles to choose from came well packaged easily fitted with no problems just put it all on the bike loose then tighten all the bolts, awesome crew to deal with, I’ll be recommending this exhaust to anyone that’s looking to upgrade theirs.

Screaming Demon exhaust pipes are the way to go, $510 delivered, WOW!! what a difference it’s made from the stock DR exhaust with 3 baffles pick the noise you need to move your body and soul, excellent crew to to deal with, the exhaust comes well packaged and mine fitted like a glove, fit the bottom pipe first leaving the bolt and header clamp loose then the copper gasket then the exhaust leaving the blots loose fit the rear hanger brackets then tighten the pipe to the exhaust the bottom retaining bolt and the header pipe clamp finely the exhaust clamps, easy as, I’ll be recommending this crew to anyone who needs a new exhaust.

Purchasing was easy, package came bundled up in tonnes of protective paddding which was good. Fitment was a bit difficult because lower mounting bracket was slightly off on angle. Also, open race baffle had slightly buckled into an oval, I guess was due to welding nut on, which stopped it fitting into muffler. Bit of bending required but fit great after adjustment. All other baffles fit great, perfect welds! Looks fantastic and sounds great. Finally found a descent exhaust made in aus.

Looks and sounds great, has a deep tone with plenty of character in the revs. No complaints across the board.

Sounds great. Bonus comes with 3 silencers.. gives my DR nice deep rumble.. now cars no I’m near them & don’t get cut off by drivers who didn’t hear me therefore don’t look for me .. Loud pipes do save lives..
